You specify it. I'll make sure that's what arrives.

Licensed architect and procurement partner in Guangzhou. I source building materials to your standard — waterproofing, green materials, panels, custom sanitary ware, wood furniture — and I stay accountable until it's delivered on time.

What I source

Waterproofing

Membranes, coatings and sealants specified by performance, not by the cheapest brand on the shelf. I confirm the test data matches what your project actually requires.

Green Materials & Panels

Low-VOC boards, certified panels and finishes that hold up against green building requirements. I check the certificates cover the product, not just the company.

Custom Sanitary Ware

Basins, vanities and fittings made to your dimensions and finish. Custom means drawings, so drawings are what I work from.

Solid Wood & Rosewood Furniture

Hotel, villa and residential pieces. I check species, joinery and moisture content before it becomes a shipping claim.

Something else? If it's made well in the Pearl River Delta, chances are I can find the factory that makes it. Tell me what you need.

Three things I promise

1 · Your spec is the contract

I don't hand you a factory list and wish you luck. I go to the factory, confirm they can meet your standard, and have the sample measured against your drawing before production starts.

2 · Quality checked at the source

Found in Guangdong, not in your warehouse. That difference usually costs less and always hurts less.

3 · Delivery dates taken seriously

I'd rather tell you a factory needs two more weeks than let them promise you three.

How it works

  1. Tell me what you need. A spec sheet, a drawing, a photo, or a sentence. Rough is fine.
  2. I find the factories and come back with samples plus itemized quotes — no mystery all-in numbers.
  3. You compare price, MOQ and lead time side by side, in plain language, with my honest note on anything that looks too cheap.
  4. I follow it through. Production monitored, goods checked before balance payment, shipping coordinated. You get updates without having to chase me.

Why an architect

"Like the sample, but matte." — and the factory hears "spray something matte on it." Those are different sentences.

Most sourcing problems aren't price problems. They're specification problems that nobody caught.

For years my work was checking that materials arriving on site matched the drawings and the standards behind them. That's the same job I do now, just from the other side of the purchase order.

I'm not a factory and not a forwarder. I'm your buying partner on the ground. Transparent fees, factory invoices visible, and an honest answer even when it costs me the order.

Tell me what you need

A new project, or a supplier that keeps disappointing you — both are good reasons to start a conversation. I'll reply within 24 hours and tell you honestly whether I can deliver it, and how long it takes.
