A drawing, a photo, a sample, or just a sentence. Describe it however you can — there is no form, no gate, and nothing you owe us for asking. Every message gets a real answer, including when the answer is no.
Just email me. Attach whatever you have — a phone photo of a hotel bathroom, one page of a drawing set, a competitor's product shot, a quote you suspect. Rough is fine. Rough is what I am used to starting from.
It helps — but is not required — if your first message includes:
You get a written reply within one working day, Monday to Saturday, GMT+8. It will be one of three things: some questions, an honest first read on whether it is feasible and roughly what it would cost, or "this isn't our category" — and in that case, usually a suggestion of who to ask instead.
No newsletter, no automated follow-up sequence. One person writes back.
Three things worth knowing, so neither of us wastes a week.
You deal with the person doing the work, not someone relaying messages. The trade-off: we only take on so many projects at once, and sometimes we have to say "next month".
There is always someone quoting a lower fee. What we are trying to be is the one whose container matches the sample.
If your target is below what that spec can actually be made for, you will hear it early — along with which part of the spec is eating the money.
Send the first message. It does not have to be tidy.
