Short version: we keep it small.

This site has no accounts, no forms, and no tracking beyond basic visitor counts. What you send us by email is used to answer you and to do the work you asked for — nothing else.

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you email us, we receive your message, your email address, and any attachments. If you send drawings, specifications or commercial details, those are stored in our email and project files so we can act on them.

The website itself sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party marketing trackers. Basic, aggregated visitor statistics may be collected to understand which pages are read — these do not identify you.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
  • To obtain quotations and samples from factories on your behalf
  • To manage production, inspection, shipping and documentation for your order
  • To keep a record of what was agreed, which protects both sides

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

What we share with factories

To get a quotation, a factory needs to know what the product is. We share the minimum required: the technical specification, drawings or samples, quantities and target delivery. We do not share your company name, your customer's identity, your target retail price, or your contact details unless you agree.

Shortlisted suppliers are asked to treat drawings and specifications as confidential before they receive them. Where a project involves proprietary design, we prefer to reduce the number of factories that see the full design.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for up to two years, then deleted. Active project records: kept while the relationship continues, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of a claim, warranty question or reorder. Financial and shipping records are kept as long as required by Chinese accounting and customs rules.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — subject to records we are legally required to keep. Write to han@qianhesourcing.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

We use standard practices: access-controlled accounts, encrypted transmission, and restricted sharing of project files. No system is perfect. If you would prefer not to send sensitive material by email, tell us and we will arrange another route — including an NDA before anything is shared.
