Six services, arranged the way a purchase actually happens — not the way a company is organised. You can take one of them or all of them. You keep the decisions and the money; we do the ground work.
Finding a factory takes an afternoon. Finding one that will still be making the same thing, to the same standard, in the third year — that takes longer, and it is the part that matters.
We start with factories we have used or walked through ourselves, then we go and look — the line, the QC bench, the warehouse, and the file behind the certificate. Plenty of "factories" are trading companies with a showroom. That is not a crime. You just want to know which one is on the other end of the email.
You get a short list, the reason each one is on it, the questions we asked, the answers that didn't quite hold together, and the one I would use — with what you give up by choosing it.
An inspection is only worth paying for while the goods can still be fixed and your money can still be held back. That is a narrow window: after production, before the balance.
We work from the sample you approved and the spec we wrote: quantity, sizes, finish, whether it works, how it is packed, what is printed on the box. Photographs throughout, and a report you can forward to your own customer without editing it first.
If it fails, you get the photos and the measurements first, then the choices: rework it, sort it, take a discount, or hold the shipment. You pick. I stay there until it is done.
Most arguments we get pulled into are not about quality. They are two people who read the same sentence and understood different things.
So we write it down: material, sizes and tolerances, finish, colour reference, packing, which test standard. Then we send it back to you in normal language and ask you to check it, before a single factory quotes against it.
Samples get posted to you — not just photographed. Whatever you approve gets sealed, signed and written into the order, so when the goods arrive there is a physical thing to hold them against.
Buy from four suppliers and you get four freight quotes, four sets of papers, and four chances for something to go on the wrong pallet.
So we bring it together: everything into one warehouse, checked in against the packing list, photographed, packed, loaded once. One bill of lading, one set of papers, one person to call if something is missing.
We quote freight separately and transparently — you see the forwarder's number and ours, and you are free to use your own forwarder if you prefer.
Four ways to move it, chosen by what the goods are: FCL for a single heavy category with the container to itself; LCL for a few cubic metres of trial stock, priced by volume, with weekly sailings from Nansha and Shekou; air for replenishment, samples or high-value low-weight goods, roughly five days door to door; rail to inland Europe on the China–Europe service — about two weeks faster than sea, far cheaper than air. Which one is right depends on value, volume and how long you can wait. We will price all three or four for you and then recommend one.
Destination side too: customs clearance, haulage and delivery can stop at the port or run to the door. Most clients use their own broker — our job is to make the documents clean enough that the broker has nothing to ask.
A real certificate for the wrong model is worse than no certificate at all. It gets you past the first check and then fails the one that decides whether the building opens.
We collect the reports, certificates, declarations and origin papers, and check three things: does the model match the goods, is the standard the one your market asks for, and is the report still current.
If the papers cannot be made to match, you hear it before you order — not after the boat has left.
Drawing, tool, first part. The hard bit is not the tool. It is agreeing in writing what the first part has to measure before anyone cuts metal.
We sit with the factory and go through the drawing: what cannot be moulded the way it is drawn, what will warp when it cools, what will not come out of the tool. All of that comes back to you before anything is cut.
Who owns the tool and who owns the design gets agreed before work starts. The tool is yours.
You see the factory's price and ours separately. If a number cannot be explained line by line, it should not be on the invoice.
Visits, inspection, consolidation and documentation each have a stated cost before we start. No surprise at the bottom of the page.
Deposit to the factory, balance after inspection passes. Your money moves when the goods have earned it.
Some enquiries we decline. A declined brief costs you one email; a badly taken one costs you a container.
