QIANHE · SOURCING REQUEST

Tell us what you want to source.

A few minutes is enough: product, specifications, quantity, destination. No drawings yet or unsure of the standards? You can still start here.

What happens after you submit

Your request goes to a person, not a queue. We read it, and if something is missing we ask rather than guess. You get a written reply within one working day, Guangzhou time.

StageWhat we doWhat you get
Day 1Read the brief, check specs, flag anything ambiguousWritten reply with questions or confirmation
Day 2–5Shortlist factories, request quotes against your specItemised quotation: unit price, MOQ, lead time, ex-works terms
After approvalSamples, tooling, production follow-up, pre-shipment inspectionSample report, production photos, inspection report before balance payment

Nothing above is charged until you approve a quotation. If the project is not a fit, we say so on day one instead of quoting anyway.

What to include

There is no field you must fill. The more of these you have, the faster the reply:

  • Product and specification — drawings, a reference link, a photo, or a sample you can courier.
  • Quantity — first order and expected annual volume, if you know it.
  • Destination — port or site address, so freight and packaging can be quoted with the goods.
  • Target price — optional, but it tells us which grade you are actually shopping for.
  • Compliance — CE, ISO, ASTM, fire class, or any standard the goods must meet on arrival.
